Cheryne Blom
Cheryne is a self-empowerment coach and the author of The Courage to Be You. She is passionate about sharing her tools with you to achieve a life of calm, clarity and confident courage.
With a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and qualifications in counselling, life coaching, mindfulness and mediation, Cheryne uses an intuitive and integrative approach. This includes NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), positive psychology, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), stress management, mindfulness, grounded spiritualism,wellness and her own wisdom to help you create a practical plan to achieve authentic happiness in your life.
As your coach, Cheryne travels alongside you on a path of self-discovery, in a supportive, non-judgmental and empowering environment to help you unblock and release hidden fears. Many clients have mentioned discovering parts of themselves they never knew existed. With that self-awareness, they gain the confidence and the clarity to move forward in their lives.
Haran Singham
Haran is a dedicated counsellor and coach with 15+ years of expertise. His mission is to help professionals uncover clarity, joy, and fulfilment, empowering them to lead purposeful lives and unlock their true potential in both personal and professional spheres.
In his mid-30s, he decided to pursue spiritual growth and spent many years studying under various spiritual teachers and gurus. He now uses his knowledge and experience to help professionals develop their emotional resilience and emotional intelligence, allowing them to live more stress-free lives and overcome past traumas while gaining a sense of purpose and direction.
Haran aims to empower leaders to reach their full potential in their professional roles. Focusing on the principles of authentic leadership, helps individuals integrate this mindset not only in their lives but also in their personal identities. This holistic approach allows for a deeper understanding and implementation of leadership skills, resulting in more effective and impactful leadership in both personal and professional settings.

Thomas' mission is to care about humanity and help empower individuals create a greater sense of vitality and well-being.
Through his powerful ceremonies, he helps provide guidance and assistance to those seeking a deeper sense of being. His commitment to helping others is unwavering and he strives to create a profound and lasting impact through teaching people to find their inner strength, for it is only then that we can truly find ourselves and create a joyous life full of love.
Vanessa Lontos
Vanessa is an inspiring facilitator with a deep passion for inspiring health and wellbeing through combining traditional medicines, complementary therapies, and holistic practices.
Vanessa’s caring and gentle guidance will help you reduce stress, build confidence, and create personal wellbeing in practical and holistic ways.
Vanessa’s career began in the healthcare industry as a community pharmacist and pharmacy owner. Here, Vanessa discovered her deep passion for supporting people to build their health and wellbeing and where Vanessa learnt how to lead teams while managing a dynamic health environment.
Vanessa is an Integrative Pharmacist, with additional qualifications in Life Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Health and Wellness Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Vanessa is also currently completing a Certificate III in Psychosomatic Therapy.
Vanessa’s rich experience, deep wisdom, real-life stories, and practical tools leave you feeling inspired and ready to take action, and Vanessa's passion for wellbeing and genuine care for people, is felt by all who attend her events.
